Included in the package: 2 opening double-glazed windows with external protective roller shutters and a lockable insulated metal door 875 × 2125 mm with lock and handle, electrical sockets, ceiling lights and switches, thermostat-controlled radiators, electrical distribution board, external 32A power socket, electric ventilation.
Kitchen plumbing preparation
Bathroom: water heater, shower cabin, washbasin and mixer tap, toilet with flush tank, mirror, washing machine connection prepared, water and sewage pipe ends brought out from the wall.
The container walls are modular: the side wall consists of 5 modules and the end wall of 2 modules, allowing flexible positioning of windows and doors.
The exterior walls are clad with galvanized steel sheet; the roof is made of folded and galvanized or painted metal sheet. The interior walls are finished with painted steel sheet, and the floor has a moisture-resistant PVC covering.
Insulation: walls: PU 60 mm or mineral wool 60 mm, floor: mineral wool 100 mm, ceiling: mineral wool 100 mm.
The containers we offer are CE marked, ensuring electrical systems and construction quality comply with EU requirements.
